I’m a member, can I still register for 2016 Toyota AFL Grand Final tickets?

AFL Grand Final ticket registrations for Western Bulldogs Members was conducted during a priority period on Thursday, 22 September 2016. All ballots have now closed. No further registrations can be accepted.

If you did not register during this period, you have forfeited your entry into the Grand Final ticket ballot, or your ticket guarantee for Charles Sutton Premiership Circle, EJ Whitten Social Club and Coterie Members. If I am successful in obtaining, when will I be charged for them?

Members who are successful in obtaining a 2016 Toyota AFL Grand Final ticket will automatically be charged for tickets on Monday 26 September.


When will we find out the results of the Grand Final Ballot?

Ballot results will be available on www.westernbulldogs.com.au from 9:00am Tuesday, September 27. From this time, members will be able see if they were successful or unsuccessful in the ballot by searching for their Ticketek Account Number.  Email notification will also be sent to successful members on Tuesday.



I am in Priority 1 or Priority 2, am I guaranteed a ticket?

Yes, all Priority 1 and 2 members are guaranteed a ticket provided they are registered in the Grand Final ballot last Thursday.

 

 

Where can I collect my tickets from?

Tickets for successful members will be available for collection from all Victorian and selected interstate Ticketek outlets from 9:00am Tuesday September 27.

Alternatively, Grand Final tickets can be collected from the Ticketek box office at the MCG (Gate 3B) on Grand Final Day.  Please note that only the credit card holder may collect the tickets and must present photo ID, the credit card used to purchase the tickets and the Ticketek Account Number.

It is highly recommended that the credit card holder collects their tickets prior to Grand Final Day.  2016 Toyota AFL Grand Final tickets will not be posted.

Please note tickets can not be collected from Victoria University Whitten Oval.


Does selecting standing room in the Grand Final ticket ballot lessen my chances of getting a seat?


No. All reserved seating will be allocated first then once seats are exhausted standing room will be allocated to members who selected the ‘Including Standing Room’ option.

I registered our members barcodes separately in the ballot, can we sit together?

Unfortunately to sit together barcodes needed to be registered in the Ballot at the same time. Barcodes registered separately will be allocated individual seats if successful.

 

I need to change my credit card details before tickets are charged, how do I do that?


Credit card details needed to be updated prior to 11am Friday 23 September. Please ensure the credit card used to register in the ballot has sufficient funds available on Monday 26 September.

 

What category of tickets will I get? Can I choose? How much will they cost me?


All tickets will be allocated through the Ballot and specific categories cannot be chosen. Members are advised to have the maximum possible cost available on their credit card to avoid missing out. Maximum ticket price through the Ballot is for Category 1 tickets at $399 each.

 

I no longer need a ticket, how do I cancel my registration?

Ballot registrations are final and cannot be changed or cancelled.

 

How can I get tickets to the 2016 Toyota AFL Grand Final?

Tickets are only available to access members who registered in the Ballot on Thursday 22 September. There are no General Public onsale for the AFL Grand Final.

How many tickets can I get?

Tickets are limited to one per membership. No additional tickets can be purchased. If you’ve got friends or family who have missed out, make sure you sign them up as members in 2017.

 

I am a concession card holder but it registered me as an adult. What can I do?

All ballot registrations and associated Grand Final tickets are based on the membership type used. If you held an adult membership during the home & away season then your Grand Final ticket will be at the adult rate. Unfortunately this cannot be changed.
