Season in short:

Tory Dickson enjoyed career-best form in 2015, kicking 50 goals and reaching his 50th AFL game.

The 28-year-old combined with Jake Stringer, Stewart Crameri, Jack Redpath and Tom Boyd to share forward target responsibilities, with Dickson enjoying personal bests in rounds seven and in the side’s elimination final.

In round seven, Dickson kicked a career-high seven goals, while in the final against Adelaide – where he kicked five goals – he was one of the standout performers on the night.

The 28-year-old was awarded the Best Team Player at the Sutton Medal, recognising his outstanding work rate to bring his teammates into the game.

Dickson was one of only two players (the other Luke Dahlhaus) to play every game in season 2015.

Stat that mattered:

Dickson’s 50-goal year saw him finish 10th on the league leader board.

What they said:

“It was a massive year for Tory. It’s obviously well-documented that he hit the scoreboard and we know he can do that but the most pleasing thing for the match committee was his ability to put pressure on the opposition. He, along with Mitch (Honeychurch) and Dahl (Luke Dahlhaus) really led the way in that area, it was a real strength ofours in the first half of the year…” – Daniel Giansiracusa (Western Bulldogs Assistant Coach), September 2015
